This package is geared towards weddings that will not have a coordinator and smaller low-profile events such as baby showers, birthdays etc. This package includes, but is not limited to

Full-Setup of Event space:

- Placement of Table setting: Chinaware, glassware, silverware, napkins, Place cards, center pieces

- Set-up gift table, sign-in table, seating chart, etc

- Team will not stay for entirety of event. They will leave after set-up

Our Day-of Coordination service is designed to provide a seamless, stress-free experience, allowing you, your family, and your guests to be fully present while we expertly manage every aspect behind the scenes.

Two Months Before Your Wedding

As your wedding day approaches, we'll begin bringing all of your planning together by ensuring every detail is organized and every vendor is prepared.

Our services include:

• A comprehensive review of all vendor contracts, contact information, and final payment schedules.

• Creation and refinement of a customized, detailed wedding day timeline.

• Confirmation that all vendors, rentals, and event details have been finalized.

• A final planning review to ensure every detail has been thoughtfully addressed before your wedding day.

Week of the Wedding & Rehearsal

The week leading up to your celebration is when everything comes together. We'll make sure everyone feels confident and prepared.

Services include:

• Coordination and direction of a one-hour ceremony rehearsal.

• Guidance for the wedding party through the processional, recessional, ceremony cues, ring exchange, and other important moments.

• Collection and organization of personal décor items, including signage, guest book, card box, favors, and other specialty items.

• Coordination of décor and non-perishable item drop-offs.

• Organization and preparation of final vendor payments, if applicable.

• Confirmation that all décor items are assembled, labeled, and ready for installation.

Wedding Day Management

From the moment we arrive until the final décor item is packed away, our team will oversee every detail so you can fully enjoy your celebration.

Event Styling & Setup

Our team will professionally style and install all personal décor provided by the couple, including:

• Welcome and guest book displays

• Gift signage and Card box

• Seating chart displays

• Ceremony signage

• Programs, fans, bubbles, or specialty ceremony items

• Charger plates, folded napkins, completed centerpieces, and other decorative accents

• Placement of pre-assembled arches or ceremony structures

• Repurposing ceremony florals for the reception whenever possible

At the conclusion of your celebration, we'll carefully pack and organize all personal décor and belongings for an easy departure.

Vendor Management

We serve as the primary point of contact for your vendor team throughout the day by:

• Greeting and directing vendor arrivals

• Confirming vendors remain on schedule

• Distributing final vendor payments when applicable

• Managing communication between vendors

• Working alongside your DJ or MC to ensure the timeline flows effortlessly and announcements occur at the appropriate times

Ceremony Coordination

We'll oversee every aspect of your ceremony to ensure it unfolds beautifully and without stress.

This includes:

• Lining up the wedding party

• Cueing entrances and ceremony timing

• Assisting with guest seating when needed

• Coordinating ceremony transitions

• Managing ceremony logistics from beginning to end

Couple Concierge

Throughout your wedding day, we'll be by your side to make sure you're cared for every step of the way.

Our team will:

• Check in with you throughout the day

• Ensure you have time to eat and stay hydrated

• Handle unexpected situations discreetly

• Solve problems before you ever know they existed

• Allow you to remain fully present and enjoy every moment with your loved ones

Investment

This package includes up to 10 hours of professional wedding day coordination. Additional coverage may be added to accommodate longer celebrations.

Please note: Floral design, custom centerpiece creation, draping installations, backdrop construction, chair décor installation, catering, bar service, food servers, dessert setup, room flip, and other specialty styling services are not included in this package but may be added separately based on your event needs.

• Load all personal items into your designated vehicle, including gifts, décor, framed photos, leftover desserts, food, keepsakes, and other personal belongings.

• Ensure nothing is left behind so you can end your evening stress-free.
