  • Event Set-up

    This package is geared towards weddings that will not have a coordinator and smaller low-profile events such as baby showers, birthdays etc. This package includes, but is not limited to

    Full-Setup of Event space:

    - Placement of Table setting: Chinaware, glassware, silverware, napkins, Place cards, center pieces

    - Set-up gift table, sign-in table, seating chart, etc

    - Team will not stay for entirety of event. They will leave after set-up

    Price ranges from: 800$ - 1,700$

    *price includes labor for 150 guests

  • Marriage Proposal/Wedding anniversary/ Picnic

    Includes:

    - 30ct Rose walkway (white or red)

    - Bud vase Floral Arrangements

    - Two centerpieces for each side of table

    - Welcome to our beginning sign

    - Picnic table fully styled

    - Gold table arch on table

    - Two white podium stands for candles

    - Mini charcuterie board

    - Half a dozen chocolate covered strawberries

    - bottle of champagne

    - City Permit

    Base-point price at: 800$ (may be more or less depending on event logistics and location)

    * Maximum of 2 hrs

  • Day of Coordination

    Two Months Before:

    Finalize Event:

    - Review and gather all vendor information with contracts & stipulate final payments

    - Ensure Day of Itinerary is meticulously planned out and according to schedule

    - Ensure wedding/event checklist is complete (signifying all vendors are booked & everything is ordered)

    Day before/Week of:

    Attend and Lead Rehearsal:

    - Practice with Couple and Bridal party to ensure a successful wedding ceremony

    - Client and Coordinator will go over final payments for vendors. If not completed a sign-in sheet will be completed for final payments and will be handed to designated vendor

    - Retrieve any items that the coordinator will need to set-up the day of event everything must be unwrapped, assembled, & ready to go (for example: party favors, arches, etc).

    Day of Wedding/Event:

    Venue Assistance:

    - Package Includes 10hrs of service; additional hours may be required

    - Full transformation of Venue with items that have been disclosed and given to coordinator (Wedding programs, Misc. Decor, Picture Easels, Guestbook, Party favors, etc.)

    - 2 assistants/bussers are included to help throughout the course of the day

    - Break down Event space at the end of the night

    - Ensure all items given to coordinator are packed up and ready for transport at the end of event

    - Ensure couple/client is taken care of the whole event by ensuring they are well fed and hydrated 

    Vendor Assistance:

    - Direct all Vendors to their designated area. Ensure they have everything they need and are ready to go

    - Distribute final payments to vendors with a Checkout sheet

    - Run the itinerary and work with the DJ to ensure we are on time and the correct announcements are made

    Ceremony Assistance:

    - Oversee Ceremony Proceedings: direct guests to their designated seating areas, gather bridal party to their designated area

    - Place designated programs or party favors required

    Base-point price at: 2,600$ (may be more or less depending on event logistics and location)

    *price includes labor for 150 guests max 10 hours of coverage. May extend hours of coordinator at additional cost

  • Premium Event Planning

    Six months - One year + :

    - Coordinator will assist in scheduling food tastings, venue site meetings, and vendor meetings

    - Coordinator will assist client in reviewing contracts as well as negotiating prices when applicable

    Special Access

    - Give access to coordinator 24/7 for recommendations on event issues, vendors, etc.

    - Coordinator will give access to preferred vendor list

    - UNLIMITED ACCESS to All inventory on hand: Glass candle vases, bud vases, entrance mirrors, easels, lawn games, dessert trays/risers, and so much more!

    Day of Wedding/Event

    - Coordinator & Team will load all the clients personal belonging into designated vehicle provided by the clients. Items. include: gifts, pictures, leftover food & desserts, etc.

    - This package includes: DAY OF COORDINATION PACKAGE + PREMIUM ADD ONS

    Base-point price at: 4,400$ (may be more or less depending on event logistics and location)

    *price includes labor for 150 guests max 10 hours of coverage. May extend hours of coordinator at additional cost
